Shift Assignments

Swap Meet - Cosmo, Saturday, March 3rd, shifts of 3-4 hours for security.

Workshops - hosts for each workshop, may require auto for transporting presenting artist.

Bar - Cosmo only - we require 4 volunteers per evening working 2 to a three hour shift under the direction of our Bar Manager, Tracy. This is your opportunity to sling beer, meet and greet the patrons.

Door - Cosmo - we require 5 people per evening working 3 people for first 3 hours shift and 2 people for second 3 hour shift. Duties will include tickets sales/cash handling, in/out privileges for patrons and basic door security. Off Broadway- we require a minimum of 2 people for the evening at the Off Broadway.

CD/ T-shirt/ Merchandise sales - includes cash handling,4 people at Cosmo, 2 working 3 hours shifts each and 2 at the Off Broadway.

Pre/Post Performance Help

POSTERS - here is a big one.. we need lots of helpers on distribution and ensuring we have good visibility for our festival

PROGRAMS - another big one, delivery of Festival programs to Broadway merchants as well as Festival frieidly business in town that will display our program on their counter.

Transport - Pickup and delivery of Back line equipment from local music stores. / liquor and Beer pickup, empties return

SETUP THURSDAY March 1st...
Cosmo could use extra hands in setting up tables/ chairs decorations. Many hands makes a big job go quickly and TEARDOWN Saturday night at the COSMO and Sunday night at the Off Broadway.
